In collaboration with Space Coast Health Foundation and Lifetime Counseling Center, I spearheaded the visuals for a dynamic 30-day mental wellness challenge. This project aimed to inspire individuals to enhance their resilience through enjoyable and accessible activities. The campaign was brought to life with a cohesive brand strategy, incorporating thoughtful design elements that reflected the journey of resilience and the interconnection between physical and mental well-being.
The combination of gradients and colors evokes different emotions, illustrating the ups and downs of the mental health journey. Incorporating gradient strokes into the design allows us to highlight the individuality of each person’s experience in a relatable and expressive way. Mental health improvement is a continuous process, and we’ve symbolized this with the endless loop in the design.
